The Johnson Farm located in Daggett Mi. has operated for over 100 years. 6 Generations and milking, 1800 cows, have kept them busy.
They had a walkway from the milk parlor to the free-stall barn that was 300’ long and sloped. We made the diamond groove pattern on the walkway to give the cows excellent traction for going up and down the slope. Working around the cow's schedule had us working late in the evening and early in the morning so that we did not disrupt the milking schedule.
